This item POSitively deserving of negative stars. The decal is “fuzzy” as if were a copy that was enlarged well beyond the point of optimum resolution. The decal was placed in a thin plastic mailing pouch and mailed from China. The pouch, with NO stiff protective backer board of any kind, arrived with too many folds, bends, crimps and creases to count. It was as if it had been trampled by panicked herd of water buffalo…twice. Parts of the decal were separated from its backing. I determined at this point the decal was useless for its designed purpose. I did however find a much better use for it. I put it in the trash. It would appear this item is designed to separate you from your money.There was a rubber band around the rolled up picture which made it impossible to smooth out and thepicture is not clear.
