I purchased this for my smaller SUV (Nissan Rogue) because passengers in the back are always saying they are hot and I wanted this product to help by circulating the cooler air from the front air conditioning vents. I purchased the option with the two fans and clipped it to the back of the headrest. The fans do blow a lot of air, not necessarily the cooler air from the front, and they make a lot of noise. My passengers said the extra circulation of air helps a lot even if it isn't as cool as we would like. We use it every time someone is riding in the back, we do like the fans. I suppose on a longer road trip the fans would perform far better. I recommend driving with the windows down for a minute or so to let all the hotter air out of the car and to get the best performance from this product with your ac running and all the windows up, especially if you live in a warmer weather area. To summarize, I would purchase again for another vehicle if these went on sale for maybe thirty-five, or forty US dollars tops! I paid more than that and I feel it was too much for what these fans actually do.I have bought 3 so far. Love these fans. Use them in my car for extra cooling and in the bathroom after a hot shower. I have bought different ones but keep going back to this one. Highly recommend.Works great but it left us stranded on the road. Our vehicle started alerting us Battery system overload. A few minutes later our battery gage went down and we were on a trip so we had to get a hotel in the middle of the night and pay for a mobile mechanic. So it ended up being a lot of money. So I would just get a battery operated fan . Save yourself money and a an enormous headache.Using this in backseat of truck. Wanted something to move air around in our truck for dogs. We travel and they are in back seat of truck. The fan does produce a good amount of air. We were able to hook/ attach to the headrest and able to point towards dogs. It is a little small. It’s made out of pretty cheap plastic but so far holding up. Was worried might not last too long.This is an amazing fan! My husbands car doesn’t blow its ac far enough so my baby gets hot in the back seat (she’s rear facing) so this has been a life saver for her in the hot sun! The only downside is the cord is not long enough by a few inches to reach the backseat headrest to attach it so I had to stick it in the middle compartment that folds up & down to reach the trunk and fits fine. Other than that it’s great and has very powerful levels!I bought this fan because I don't have A.C vents in the back of my car. It keeps my toddler cool! I am very impressed by the power. However, the button does not work to change from low to medium, meaning there is only one function. To turn the fan on or off I have to unplug and plug in the USB cable.I got this because my car doesn't have air and a hot day was coming up. If your car also doesn't have air, this fan only circulates the hot air in your car rather than the breeze from outside. I did use this as an indoor fan before I had time to return it and it worked great and was very quiet, perfect for sleeping. If you want to use this to circulate the AC in your car I bet it will do great and eould be perfect for roadtrip naps.I bought this originally to help cool my dog in the car seeing as I don't have back seat climate control. Turns out my passengers enjoy it just as much as the dog does! Easy to clip onto headrest, kicks out a lot of air, and it is very quiet even on highest setting!
