Smaller than a normal size tissue holder. Handy and I don't mind the smaller size but so far I haven't found where to buy filler tissues for it. It does come with a small pack of tissues.Product is well made. Drawbacks: 1 - to small for full size tissue; 2 - attached to sun visor was bothersome to driver.I should have listened to other reviews. Regular kleenex won't fit in this cover. It was lovely and I wanted it to work, but too small. Returned.Too small to fit a regular size box of Kleenex. Going by the measurements listed in the description a regular size box should fit.I had to take the tissues out of the box (Kleenex) and then they are bigger than the inside of the vehicle tissue box!! This means that there is a lot of resistance when pulling on the tissue to dispense from the vehicle tissue box and I suspect that the tissues will tear rather than releasing easily.
